Introduction to dc panel system
Dc panel system is mainly composed of ac distribution part, rectifier part, dc feed part, monitoring part and battery part.The ac distribution part is mainly composed of ac distribution units.The rectifier part is composed of high frequency switching power supply module.The dc feed part is composed of step-down silicon chain, closing branch and control branch, and the monitoring part is composed of monitoring module and insulation detection, distribution monitoring and battery patrol inspection.When the ac input of the system is normal, one of the two ac input channels is selected by the ac switching control circuit, and each charging module is powered by the ac distribution unit.The charging module converts three-phase (or single-phase) alternating current into 220V or 110V dc parallel output. On the one hand, it charges the battery; on the other hand, it provides normal dc power to the load by closing and controlling the shunt.When the ac input is out of power or abnormal, the charging module will stop working, and the battery will supply power to the load by closing and controlling the shunt.After the ac input returns to normal, the charging module charges the battery.The system adopts the integrated design idea, the Chinese menu display, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, the maintenance is convenient.
